How it works

1. Sign in with Google. We ask for read access to Gmail headers (no message bodies) and permission to send on your behalf when you compose.
2. We mine the last 3 years (or however far back you choose) and build your ranked contact list — usually 10s of thousands of headers over ~30 minutes.
3. Filter by minimums, domain, or name. Exclude what you don't want as removable chips.
4. Pick recipients, write a subject and body with merge variables, hit send. We pace under Gmail's daily limit and auto-resume the next day if needed.
