Terms of Service

Effective May 18, 2026

1. The service

blade.net (“the Service”) reads your Gmail mailbox to help you find and contact people you've previously corresponded with. By signing in you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have authority to access the Gmail account you connect. By signing in, you represent that you do.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use blade.net to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, commercial spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
  • Send anything that violates Google's Bulk Senders Guidelines or applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
  • Send messages to recipients who have unsubscribed or who you have no prior relationship with.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security or authentication mechanism.
  • Use the Service to mine, harvest, or sell contact data you don't own.

Every campaign automatically includes an unsubscribe link. Removing or modifying that link is a violation of these Terms and likely of anti-spam law.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content of every message you send through the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest, prior business relationship, etc.) to contact each recipient.

5. Sending limits and account safety

The Service paces sends to stay under Google's per-account daily caps (~500/day for personal Gmail, ~2,000/day for Workspace). Google may temporarily or permanently restrict your account's ability to send if you send too much mail, get marked as spam, or otherwise violate Google's policies. We are not responsible for any such restriction.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use of the Service appears to put other users, recipients, or our infrastructure at risk. You may terminate at any time by revoking blade.net's access in your Google account and emailing yasser.bashir@arbisoft.com to request data deletion.

7. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved or delivered without loss.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, blade.net, its operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to USD $50.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to your registered Gmail address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
